People seriously over-complicate this process. "OH I'll try get to sleep earlier" never EVER works, you always end up feeling awful, groggy, sore heads, etc.
But equally, good sleeping is mostly to do with the light in your environment. Eliminate all blue light as much as possible 6 hours before you go to sleep, you can sleep easy.
