Youtube significantly changed the way that banning works in chat
>switching between Top Chat and Live chat no longer shows if you're banned. Still shows the comment for you but nobody else.
>bans are now tied to IP/device
>if you watch the stream on a different device, but same IP, to see if you're banned, you'll see your own comments....but nobody else can. If you refresh they're gone
Basically their shadowbanning is now at a ridiculous level
