If the rumors are true and she told Cover (either directly or through Niji management), then she's in the clear, at least legally. Even if the fans hate her for it.
But if the rumors are true and she told literally anyone else, Niji would have terminated her by now to avoid being on the business end of a Wrath Of God lawsuit from Cover. Also she (and probably also Mel) would have been arrested for violating Japanese criminal law.
