Ruffians started out cool but progressively became more aggressive and formed cliques to draw their attention and now it's at a point that it's boiling over and hurting their collab opportunities. It might get better, but for now it's better to keep distance from other ruffians to enjoy them. For girls like Nene and Korone, I think the fans and community really enhance the experience by playing along without getting to weird about it.
