Apparently this is due to a broken Jakarta-Singapore fiber optic cable network.
This connection disturbance is also felt by detikINET, which uses connections from MyRepublic and Smartfren since this morning, Friday (19/2/2021). Connections to a number of sites such as Twitter and several other overseas sites were disrupted.

Speedtest.net test, the disturbance can be seen from a decrease in speed and an increase in ping numbers which is much greater than testing to servers in Indonesia
Chairman of the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) Jamalul Izza said the cable system affected was the Jakarta-Bangka-Bintan-Singapore (B2JS) system owned by PT Ketrosden Triasmitra. The cable that was cut was in the Ancol-Bangka segment and the network is currently recovering.
