In JP the biggest senpais are the hardest workers. if you fall behind in your generation some of them will collab with you and include you in their friend circle. they provide good example to inspire you to stream and have fun with your job.
In EN the biggest senpais are either washed up or don't stream. if you fall behind in your generation you're doomed to be forgotten or graduate. everybody prefers doing their own thing, it discourages you from investing your all into streaming.
I hope Biboo and the dogs can become the Marines and Fubukis of EN moving forward.
