It is actually quite rare now to see a true tank toplane, mage midlane, ad+support botlane with offtank jungler, and much more common to see the late game carry in the top solo lane with a botlane of something like mage+offtank that is more focused on quickly reaching a teamfighting powerspike and then abandoning the actual bottom lane to roam to the more valuable side of the map.
