Shiori's pl was thinking about quitting vtubing, sounding sad and depressed, in december 22. She evidently was not in hololive yet. She graduated the 30th of may, and by then everything was advanced enough that she used Shiori assets for her graduation stream. She would eventually debut the 31th of july.
Even assuming the maximum possible time, we are looking at 8 months at most.
Now of course it is possible that given her experience she got a reduced training camp, and we can't tell precisely when she applied nor when she was accepted, but 8 months is the most. We can also tell that whatever training she did it was light enough that she kept the other channel.
FWMC graduated in early november, but I wasn't following them so I don't know if they did anything else between then and now, if the graduation was because of contracts etc.
Assuming they quit and went straight to holo as soon as they were accepted, it's 9 months of training.
Biboo's pl graduated 10 days before Shiori. Since I don't believe in coincidences, I believe that talents go through light training from when they get accepted until a couple of months before debuting, where things ramp up and they get their model and everything else.
Nerissa's pl last video was 6 months ago, she was doomposting around may-april 2023 so she might anxious due to training. Honestly I can't really make sense of it and I have to work now so I can't dig too much.
