With the Mel situation, I get the feeling that the contract breaches might be a little flimsy but at the end it's their call and their IP, so they are legally allowed to be that way. Again, the three must-have known that legal procedures had taken place, but they probably had no idea to what degree they were dealing with. But in the correct sense, VShojo and Cover both avoided a bullet at this time, in the other times (where the situation was developing) they were both in the same mud, but can't blame it, because Cover is a company trying to produce entertainers/idols and profiting from them (streams and merch), and VShojo being a lesser dog by profiting from her character and the merch. Not really to be her babysitter
although this does kinda show that Cover is able to cover stuff pretty well as it seems better managed, just that Rushia did something extremely stupid to ruin it
