17. Hologirls don't speak positively about him whatsoever, the biggest red flag. At best going "oh yeah that guy... anyway" or if they are more based and redpilled, openly shit on him with snide comments (or getting salty people even bring him up), at a consistency and frequency never seen before.
I'm pretty sure Kiara has outright mentioned (positively) a "change in management" a while ago which was around the time this Dimitri Jap guy showed up. That's what gave fuel to the rrat that Omegatroon was ousted for being cancer and replaced with a more based pro-idol type of guy.
