I'm not going to pretend like you're wrong, though, as there's older singers in the industry like 99 Neko who I think sing better than her, too, and she's not even the most skilled in Hololive. The latter I'd say is probably Towa for how much she can carry her voice and the range she has.
But all that being said, it's also pretty disingenuous to act like Susie is unskilled, too. She is a skilled singer, and tracks like her Zombieland Saga and Stellar Stellar prove she can sing damn well.
I think what you're more getting at is that she's not really anything special. Which I would agree with. She's the archetypical "hard working girl" dream story, and I admire her for that. But at the same time she lacks anything memorable, were as even a divisive singer like REOL at least sticks in your mind, with how shrill and distinct she is.
