>>6773350If you're a weakass nerd, it's definitely good for you. I started from nothing around 9 months ago and about 3 months later I was already in a better shape that I've ever been in my life. I've been playing it around 4 times a week ever since. I don't really do anything besides that and an occasional jog/bicycle ride. Some pro fitness coaches say that the exercises are ok for "beginner to intermediate".
tl,dr: It definitely is a fuckton better than nothing.
