keep in mind that Kyo's punishment for accidental racism and refusal to apologize for it was a seven day stealth suspension, Zaion got a 10 day stealth suspension for something she did in December 2022, she got hit with the announced "indefinite" (30-day) suspension for stuff she did during and after her first suspension, got terminated (but not IMMEDIATELY terminated) for all of that stuff plus stuff she did during her final suspension, and Selen is in an ongoing 30+ day stealth suspension pending termination for encouraging digital piracy and/or for making management look bad -- so the Niji EN livers would have to something worse than all of that put together (or "just" breach their NDA) in order for management to skip the suspension and go straight on into termination.
