Exactly this. For some reason, she just had to have done it NOW instead of just waiting and seeing what she had to do to change it. Or whatever leftover forgotten permission stuff left to do. It's the other way around I'd believe. Gura's absences were not preceded by or obviously caused by some kind of open conflict with management. Selen got disappeared after her MV got pulled and she told everyone to reupload it. It's infinitely sketchier looking than "she's just a lazy piece of shit" like you can easily say for Gura.
