Unlike Tempus, there are serious and lucrative reasons Advent needs 3D. They'll have it before next Holofes at the absolute latest, but probably sooner. Cover isn't going to be doing any order of precedence autism for that, there's actual money at stake.
For Tempus, it's just a formality, they need it for their version of the countdown and random piss-ant Holostars 3D lives and that's about it.
