We are very loyal. Mel poses a risk that might harm her dreams so we went into great objective detail into her past and warned her about why she wouldn't be good as a potential hire when mel inevitably abandons it after a few months.
All we can do is offer our advice, but we love her dearly and want to protect her as much as we can.
