I'd say only Mori, Shiori, and recently Nerissa have achieved a middling amount of success with them, but a lot of their shorts are just duds
The best time to get on the shorts train would've been two years ago, but getting shorts approved by unresponsive and incompetent EN management would've been like getting your teeth pulled at the time
Interesting thing is that EN back then actually had official shorts...but as was typical of their EN's aimless direction, they discontinued them for some reason
