You should get 3 wood logs by hand, make a crafting table and a wood axe, then get 3 more wood logs (or 5 if you prefer frontloading), and craft 3 doors and a boat with it.
Then you can look around for a shipwreck, those are under watters. They can contain up to 3 chests, one of which has iron and another food. When you have 7 irons ideally, continue using your boat looking under the water for a ravine with magma blocks. When you find one, take your boat and dive to the gravel next to the ravine, place your crafting table and a door on top of it and go in the door to breath. Here craft an iron pickaxe and a bucket, and shovel/axe with either wood or iron if you had more than 7, and get flint. Grab everything and dive into the ravine. Here you need to find magma in a L shape, break one, place a door on the obsidian that just formed, place the 2 other doors behind the 2 others magma blocks, put a block on top of the corner of the L and break the block under it. With your bucket, you can build a nether portal around using the top of the doors, the side, and then the underside of the magma blocks that are now broken.
Now enter the nether. You need to find a bastion and a fortress, there is one per quadrant (368x368 regions). In the bastion, you'll have to trade gold to piglins to get ender pearls, obsidian, strings and fire reotions. Keep at least 12 ender pearls, but you can use some if you have more to find a fortress. Once you find one, get 6+ blaze rods, and then build a portal somewhere on these coordinates
https://imgur.com/gallery/i3fIanfYou can now craft your ender eyes, throw one, move 4 jumps perpendicular to the direction and throw another to triangulate the stronghold. Travel to it, be sure to have enough wood to craft bed with your strings turned into wool, and kill the dragon with your beds in one cycle. You should win the game by then.
