We are seeing that managers don't let you quit that easily.
Their contracts are also legally binding meaning depending on how they want/plan to leave, they might face various legal consequences.
It is also their work. Just leaving it without securing their future income isn't easy.

Silence is good. You should hope that your oshi is silent, because the alternative isn't a savage takedown of Niji with full-throated support of Selen, they'd never be allowed to post that. The alternative is a vague "can't say why but I feel so bad today :((((( but I'll push on through it because sometimes you just have to do your best even when everything sucks" which would either be fake sympathy or self-deception that they just need to tough it out a little and it'll blow over and things will improve. Refusing to participate in that at all is the best sign you can hope for.

One thing that really sticks with me was how upset Rosemi was about not being allowed to show her bungee jumping video. I think that was right before Pomu announced graduation and Selen got yanked, but you could tell it really bothered her. After the two announcements, it really seemed like Rosemi knew what was going on and the gears were turning about leaving. Pomu, Nina, and Selen all had a good working relationship with Rosemi and I really wouldn't be surprised if she left. I don't know much about Petra, her stream times don't really line up with my schedule but she doesn't seem like a niji bootlicker.

The situation with the MV is proof that NijiEN management is desperate to stop the disintegration of the branch. They don't want terminated livers referenced, sure, but the termination notice suggests that negotiations for renewal were going on at the same time. They probably held it hostage by privating it and telling Selen they couldn't obtain permissions unless she agreed to renew.
