>>68301025After today, pretty much any reason to work for NijiEN is gone.
A lot of artists have burned bridges with Nijisanji, so now you're picking from JOPs that don't know/care what's going on (meaning you have to involve management if you don't speak Japanese), or you're working with bottom-feeders that are desperate for any paycheck they can get. So mixers, illustrators, animators, asset creators, editors, merch, even clippers...all heavily limited to the few still willing to work with NijiEN. This means your ability to have covers, orisongs, emotes, or even just edited clips or stream highlights is restricted.
Brand reputation is in the earth's crust. Every indie is turned against NijiEN, HoloEN is going to avoid NijiEN like the plague even just out of professional courtesy, and every other corpo is now lining up like your talents are an all-you-can-eat buffet of poached meats. You can't get a collab out of company, and you couldn't get a cross-branch collab to begin with. This means most of your streams are solo.
Sponsorship opportunities are going to dry up. A lot of the people that coordinate those sponsorships talk with each other, and Selen worked directly with EA. With NijiEN burning her, it's entirely possible that EA cuts off NijiEN, or at least holds them at arm's length. And if EA won't touch you, nobody else is going to give you the time of day. So you now have limited sponsorship opportunities.
Your own fucking idiot moron company admitted that a star talent felt she was getting bulied to the point of being suicidal, and the management's response to this was "nuh-uh", which is basically asking for people to witch hunt talents. Refusing to put your own job on the line to speak out is now considered by what few viewers you have left to be an admission of complicity at best, and an admission of guilt at worst.
Before, you were just dumb or gullible to work for NijiEN.
Now, you're clinical. Nobody with any sense should be doing anything but spitting on this company.
