Hardly similar to this situation, where one talent blame the company for an attempted suicide after being allegedly bullied by her coworkers and employers, and after a bunch of other talents running away from the company like a sinking ship in the span on few months. How many did leave now? 4? 5? I lost count.
The only way I see Niji EN recovering from this is the headquarters of the company taking charge and literally firing part of their EN management and replacing them.
