Again I don't know how EN side of things work though. Whether they shipped the phone to western county or gave them money to buy one and let them install the application to track their model, they 100% own a iphone for their activity.
And judging from any past activity I think it is pretty safe to say organs would also use that phone for anything vtubing related. The slack for niji is probably on there, I'd assume twitter for the niji persona is definitely on that phone too.
