We need to be fair here though. There's nothing to prove she is a bully. As a Filipino myself I would be pissed and heartbroken if she had any involvement with bullying.
I don't understand why there's bullying in such a work environment. How could anyone do that? You're representing people for fuck's sake. I guess people chose to self loath rather than realize that they have people looking forward to them.
As the vocalist of my favourite band said when I met them in a small gig:
"We're all in this together, if our songs help you out get through life or not give up, it's the only thing we ask for. To be a light at the end of the tunnel, that life is not out to get you." Vtubers should be aiming to be a light at the end of the tunnel.
