>>68442279It's a lot less of Zaion doing something wrong herself and more about the public image of the brand to its shareholders. Zaion may have done a few Yabs, but the punishment was too severe, the termination too public, and it overall gives a poor image to shareholders.
Anyone can clearly see that EN was throwing Zaion under the bus and avoiding being held accountable, when a responsible business holds themselves accountable for the actions of their employees, gives proper training, and strives to grow from the experience. Anycolor's EN management showed the opposite. That they're more willing to cut heads in their talents quickly, wasting all the resources already poured into them, would rather put the blame on their employees instead of holding themselves accountable, and make decision with either no forward planning or are completely misguided in their financial predictions.
