The Niji statement along Finana and Kotoka throwing her under the bus made irreparable damage to Zaion/Sayu, if the sisters already had a beef with her because of the jokes and the threads she used to get here from time to time, Nijisanji treating her like a war criminal was the last sign the sisters needed to go full schizo mode and have no mercy with her.
I hope she gets to feel more at peace now that people have finally found out the kind of toxic environment NijiEn has.

NTA but I feel like she needs to make a decision to either go the corpo route again, start from scratch and have that community (specifically Phase who she's already friends with) that she's been seeking or continue as an indie, which is already successful and accept that while it's not perfect, it's perfect in it's own ways. I don't think there's a bad choice here but she needs to be certain and not second guess.

It's not just Selen and Nina. Every big indie (Numi/Yuzu/Shylily/CyYu/etc.) has basically turned their back on her when she got terminated. Hell, even Filian was in Zaion's DMs. But they all ghosted her when they were clearly friends pre-Niji, when she really hasn't changed besides making a bad joke.
Experiencing that must be soul-crushing.

I mean, most of them weren't even her friends, just colleagues. Back then taking Sayu's side was a lose-lose situation for them, so I don't really blame them if they didn't want to risk their careers for her. Selen had plenty of time to build an excellent reputation for herself, so it's not surprising that everyone immediately sided with her.

I'm happy that Selen is ok, getting all the support that she deserves and that NijiEN is finally burning down, but at the end of the day... Sayu deserved better, man. It just fucking sucks. Is it really so fucking hard giving someone a second chance?

I hope she feels better soon. I wish we could do something to cheer her up.

There's a few key differences:
-Selen butted heads with management a few times, but she never got suspended (officially) and she always seemed to be on the right side of the story. She was loved by everyone, and was mistreated and harassed to the point of trying to take her own life. Management fired her because they got scared when she lawyered up.
>Zaion's did a rape joke, fought with management because she wanted to keep using her own Genshin account, got suspended for a month, was publicly executed in the worst possible way, her own coworkers didn't hesitate on shit talk about her, got back a few months later just to take revenge and ended up collabing with nousagi.

That's what people see. At the end of the day, I think the real question is...

...Honestly, I think the only way of that to happen would be if Doki or Mint did a collab with her, or at least returned her calls. Personally I just want her to move on.

The reason I am pessimistic on a Doki or Mint collab is that these are former Niji's, people who have been stockholmed under their black company and are probably super risk averse now. They'd rather see a former colleague drown than potentially harm their reputation (even though this could be an easy PR win for whoever wants to "save" Sayu)

Sayu didn't particularly care about toxic environments, she just wanted to be accepted and acknowledged by peers of hers, she's never received any of it. When ducks were in a row, that's when to her it became toxic. Forget your pathetic company wars, I may know something or two based on where Sayu is coming from.
