>>68438930I'm gonna play devil's advocate and say some of these allegations are rather weak tea. For example, the favoritism showed towards Luxiem is to be expected, because smart companies should and do butter up their top performers with sweetheart deals and perks/bonuses and at this time Luxiem was bringing in huge numbers of viewers. At my old job, there was a unit who handled our top clients, and they were rewarded with things like trips to Europe (ostensibly work related, but mostly glorified vacations on the company dime).
The real question is whether Niji management went beyond that and was actively shitting on people who weren't the "golden boys." Going back to my old job, while that top unit got lots of extra perks, they didn't actively shit on the other employees and we weren't harassed by the bosses or by people in our top unit either.
I'd have liked to see some examples of Livers outside the cliques being shit on, rather than simple confirmation that some people got favorable treatment due to being top performers.
>>68443024I don't see that Aster is specifically alleged to have bullied Selen. What's being alleged through implication in these posts (assuming I am reading correctly), is that he's a creep and sex pest.
This is not any confirmation of Selen's specific circumstances, but rather seems to be a general confirmation of other Livers' stories that the workplace culture at Nijisanji was ultra-toxic (assuming the allegations in these posts are true).
In terms of who actually bullied Selen, that is yet to be determined, though there is some circumstantial evidence in that Doki blocked that one person who was defending Millie on X/Twitter.
