>>68528553Hmmm ... I feel that this is an interesting topic to talk about, but let me establish some of the speculative things as a constant.
First thing first, Staff-san
a.k.a Gemilang will obviously still be there, but the question becomes, will he be able to manage all of the talents? I think he's already struggling to manage them by the time 6th wave debuted, and also there's that rrat about Ejak not getting a proper advice to grow his channel during that time. Not to mention that there's supposedly an all males wave after the 6th one. I feel that at that point, he'll get his hands full of managing business, and as a result, will either delegate his job to other, lower staff, or decrease his commitment to each talents. As a result, talents will still get a less personalized advice on how to tackle day-to-day problems, etc.
Now, speaking about the all male wave, what direction they're going to? I mean, the landscape of male VTubing at that time (circa mid-2021) are pretty much only as a brotubers. BFE is EN chuubasphere is pretty much non-existent since Luxiem isn't debuting in half a year, and the only other comparison, which was Holostars, are primed to become idols. So were they going to be an idol, brotubers, or a specific BFE chuuba? I feel that their best bet is still BFE, since it's an untapped market, and I feel that their trailblazing spirits will certainly try to plant the flag on that part (and in a way, it'll make Luxiem as the one that also followed OUR example in how to grow their talents). I can't speak about the specific demand for Indo BFE chuubas during that time, but if we take a lesson from SOL4CE today, I feel that the demand exists and they're going to be exploited by the new all male wave.
Now, onto the points
>The rise of local corpo + bang AlLocal corpos aren't really a threat, since there's not a single corpo that manage to stay this long (even in the end, Metanoia is dead, Yume is forced to rebrand, and Re:Memo is just doing their own things). There's also the case of other major player like MAHA5 (like what-if they didn't fire Zen or Lumi isn't missing for so long). Now, for bang Al (or any other fleshstreamers), I think it's just our scene catching up to the streaming culture of the west. Yes, there will be a local equivalent of Asmon and whatnot, but since we established that the all male wave as the BFE specialist, I feel that there will be a split between talents who wants to do BFE contents will do it as chuubas, while other who are more of a brotuber will take the path of fleshstreamers.
> Holo id gen3 debutThis is probably the biggest threat, since ID3 is really localized, they're going to eat some or probably most of their audience overlaps with NijiID female talents. The males though, I feel that they'll be still safe. Though, I feel that some of the female talents would have to adapt and/or improve on getting a new audience outside Indonesia, whether it's from JP or EN.
> Niji en favoritismEh, I wouldn't worry about that, since we're already established. Besides, I think the favoritism starts from Luxiem, and if we refer to the previous segment when we speculate that Luxiem will follow our lead on establishing BFE scene, I think it'll still falls into our favor.
>Survive attack from holodronesHonestly, I don't know how to answer this. In one hand, the existing talents are more prone to fall in trolls and shitposts, and aren't mentally stable compared to ... well Holo talents (aside for your usual punching bags), and considering that Niji doesn't provide a good mental helps, they probably won't survive the attack from the drones. That being said, there's also a possibility that since the agency is getting bigger, they'll invest in a better mental health facilities for talents, so it's a 50:50 chance.
