And since it's not in a web browser but the mobile app, you can't inspect element and change the timestamps, so it's actually accessing a discord server with those messages - which span more than an hour and a half. Since the leak was only an hour after the claims, it's impossible to fake unless it was prepared in advance. You also wouldn't think about going to these lengths - why shouldn't you just fake it in like half an hour, which would be easier?
Which means that even if you want to believe it was faked, it had to be faked by someone coordinating with Mizuchi, to have prior knowledge of what she was going to leak. Which is getting into some crazy conspiracy territory seeing as she already has shitloads of dirty laundry, so she doesn't need a fake screenshot on top of it.
