This is the problem: Teru herself, and her fans, are too weak-willed to correct course and stop this shenanigan's. So the same thing that's happened before is going to happen: Teru gets a talking to, becomes "reformed," does decent streams until she starts breaking down and then the cycle repeats. If she's incapable of doing this, then she needs to stop. Take a break, go on hiatus, whatever. Sort out her problems, and come back to streaming with a healthy mindset. She can't be doing this shit over and over.
