Mori, Kiara, and Ame all have/had their appearance publicly available from their past work and I doubt they all wouldn't have looked into each other while they were first getting acquainted. Second, there was that time Mori accidentally blurted out her name during the Halloween collab in a panic, which would be a strange thing to do instinctively without that level of familiarity with one another. There's also that story about everyone seeing Gura naked during a call. I thought at first they were talking in code about some error with her rig, but the more it came up and everyone shared their side of things, the more confused I got. The details on that one have gotten fuzzy though
Either way, I'd be surprised if they had this kind of collaborative working relationship with one another that has led into some genuine friendships without even knowing each other's faces.
