You planned on playing game A which you thought you had perms for but then management messages you an hour before stream and tells you they thought the DLC was the base game was the correct perms but they aren't so now you can't play the game for legal reasons so you gotta have a game B downloaded, make sure it runs well, plays well while you stream, have perms already, change thumbnail, have a back up thumbnail already ready for these sort of things, and it's fun
I know they have managers, but I'm sure the managers aren't doing ALL the work for them. Look at people like Mori, Ame, Kiara, Bae, or many others who mention the things they need to do after or before next stream and talk about a full calendar.
The logistics for concerts, promotions, ect takes weeks if not months. Hell, Calli has mentioned before that she has promotions that are YEARS in the making just because it takes time for artists, animators, music producers, organizers, and any extra people do these things might fall through or be late on their part of the work.
In short of, my thesis is this.
