Obviously the mangement is trash, but her character in how she reacted to all of it seems just as bad in my opinion. Obviously nobody is allowed to be the star of the show under Niji management, but then you don't deal with that like a fucking little baby

suicide in a way also shows her resentment towards management if that's what it was about and obviously that's going to make discussions more difficult
I don't buy the bullying accusations at all. I've got family like this who feel their entire life is one giant victimhood, the common denominator in all of it is always the person themselves
