>>68816463I'm not saying the company is perfect. Neither of us know for sure what is going on behind the scenes. Maybe there are indeed managerial issues going on.
But what the EN fans and the JP fans will never be onboard with is letting the whole company sink. If we can get some positive change out of this, I'd be over the moon. But pulling it up by the root and stem and firing everyone isn't the solution. It might be your wet dream, but if you think realistically, it won't happen. Enough of us have stood by to keep them all afloat. This boycott is looking pretty hollow. If you weren't watching or involved in the first place, is that a boycott? This is ignoring the fact that you can't even scratch the paint on the JP side, which is like 80% of the company.
Also for your consideration about bad eggs, consider the type of people who become Vtubers. A lot of physically ill ones? Maybe some mentally ill ones? I think she is a bad egg, and still is. She'll be entertaining but she has had temper tantrums on stream before. She will again someday. Don't be blind to her faults. I was blind because she was entertaining, but not anymore.
There's a string of youtube videos you could look up showing the livers talking about positive experiences with managers, but I wouldn't dare expect you to consider that as evidence. Maybe you could even just write them off as anecdotal. But there they poke a lot of holes in the narrative the managers were evil.
Also, one more tidbit. There is a clip where Selen talks about being on her 3rd manager. You could assume she's getting unlucky getting so many evil managers, or you could assume SHE is the problem. Whichever suits our narratives I suppose. To my knowledge, none of the other livers went through that many.

I don't expect to change your mind really. I just try to look at all sides of this.
