This is 100% going to be a Tama situation. Everyone is way too fucking eager to trust a poor victimized talent over the greedy soulless corporation when the more I think about it the more ridiculous Selen's case is.
Everyone who followed her already knew she had a poor history of not communicating or going over staff. Her BPD is generally widely accepted but everyone forgets how some of the major symptoms of the disorder are compulsive lying, disproportionate reactions and distancing. The company might be stupid enough to make terrible PR moves but they're not stupid enough to take massive legal risks with how a big part of the reason we all understand Nijisanji as a black company is their bottom line focus and their total risk aversion.
They couldn't make the statements they did unless they had a lot of confidence in their case if they had to defend it, they have way too much to lose. The statements today line up perfectly with the situations but Selen's side doesn't. We have to assume Nijisanji's policies and behaviour are wildly inconsistent to explain how Selen being terminated with no warning under her circumstances where the company usually lets people get away with shit for ages even when everyone else is calling for their removal.
I think the situation where Nijisanji is in the right but they're still massive fucking cunts is way more realistic than the situation where Selen is innocent and everyone was out to get her. And I'd actually bet that it won't take long before that comes out as the truth even though everyone is going to walk away from this bleeding numbers, on fire, and never recovering.
