Froot: Learn to ignore catalog rrats about her and you have someone very soft spoken, a good artist, and with extreme gremlin energy in the right circumstances. Doesn't particularly fit anyone in your preferences, but she is pretty good at FPS's and was close with Doki in particular.
Geega: Hag with a blackbelt in yapping. Able to effortlessly talk at length about any subject for hours. Loves indie games and roguelikes and boomer shooters. But has tragically become addicted to GTA RP over the last month and change. Check out some VODs if you want a good talker, though she also doesn't fit any of your preferences particularly strongly.
Haruka: Autistic and loud and lovable. She actually has history with both Doki and Pomu pre-Niji so that's fun trivia. She's able to talk to anyone and make friends easily. Also autistic wasn't an insult it's literal. She's open about it and it makes her hyperfixate on some things. She could be a bit Rosemi-esque in how bad she is with handling lewd subject matter, but she does curse a lot to counter this.
Henya: Like the others said this is probably your best bet. She's very close with Pomu, and she's got Rosemi's cute factor. ESL, not very smart, and a hardcore neet, but she tries her best and is loved by pretty much everyone. Definitely check out some VODs since she'll be gone for the next 2 days
Hime: Everyone loves Hime. Everyone. She's loud as fuck like Haruka and honestly gives me a bit of Doki vibes minus the being good at fps thing. Unfortunately she never streams. Like, ever. Its been months. And there's nothing in sight.
Kson: Crude, but always positive. She gets along with just about anyone and is pretty open to speaking her mind about a lot of things. She's got good leadership skills and she's a wonderful partner in crime to Henya. Definitely check out some of their collabs together.
Kuro: If you're coming from Niji you probably already know him. He's retarded, but we love him regardless. He's done pretty well for himself since leaving and seems to be pretty happy and has explored a lot of things that he wasn't allowed to at Niji. Including a face reveal. And I'm sure you know he was fairly close with both Pomu and Doki.
Mata: Also someone you probably know coming from Niji. Honestly leans less into the mom thing than she did while at Niji which is kinda refreshing. She's still very much that for her fanbase, but with the other VShojo members or indies she'll happily call Geega an auntie and has even called Zen mom a few times. Also seems much happier in VShojo than prior, and she was particularly close to Pomu and Rosemi both as I'm sure you know.
Mel: The ditzy porn star adorable cinnamon roll. She's not particularly bright, clumsy, prone to injury, but an excellent talker and very well versed in pornographic matters. Awful at video games though. Was actually in the first Nijishojo collab with Pomu, and her limited collabs with Selen were all top tier.
Mouse: The one everybody knows. Excellent singer like Pomu, bad at video games, pink. She's crude and opinionated and people love her for it. She's extroverted and always looking to make new friends, and has collabed with both Pomu and Rosemi in the past. Also has a monkey attached to her hip.
Zen: Also worth ignoring catalog rrats over, but Zen is arguably the most wholesome in the group. Extremely ride or die and loyal to friends, while being an unstoppable force for unity. The TTS is admittedly a rather large hurdle to get over, but it plays well into her rapport with chat, and streams an extreme variety of games. Also close with Doki in the past, and I'm sure most people here will tell you they had a hard time getting over the TTS, but she's found herself as one of the thread favs because she's just so good at what she does.
