>>68933045From what I can guess, she is probably suing them for workplace harassment, creating a hostile work environment, etc. Last night's video would likely be used as additional evidence of the hostile work environment.
Whether they go to court depends on a lot of things, both what her demands are and how Nijisanji management reacts to those demands. If all she wants is some sum of money, and nothing else, they will probably just give her some cash so she goes away.
But I doubt that's all she wants. She is probably asking for an explicit public apology from Anycolor and may also want an explicit guarantee that Anycolor and its employees will never, ever discuss her or her actions or her channel in public ever again. That's what I would want in her position.
If such demands are being made, I think Anycolor is probably resisting them, and I suspect such demands are probably what led to last night's meltdown on YouTube. A lot of these people working for Anycolor seem unable to tell the difference between Twitter and a courtroom. "Owning" someone on Twitter or YouTube does not mean you win in court.
In terms of how the case will actually go, it's impossible to say because we don't know what evidence Selen has collected. However, please keep in mind Anycolor lost both the Yuzuki Roa case as well as their lawsuit against Narukami, so their legal team seems to me to not be very good.
Frankly if it were me in Anycolor's position, I'd settle and issue an apology letter and forbid any of the three bullies from ever discussing her again on social media as long as they were employed by Anycolor. But frankly, Anycolor should never have been in this position in the first place and should never have repeatedly attacked her in public and never instructed its employees to attack her in public.

They either didn't ask or ignored his or her advice when they pulled this stunt. You would be amazed at how stupid so many companies are and how many of them refuse to follow their lawyer's advice and get themselves into further hot water.
