I am a lawyer. Well, a "Millie" lawyer, if you will, but still a lawyer.
So, I don't know shit about Canadian Law or this retarded notion of recording conversations between people (I think it's absolutely stupid and that law should be changed), but I want to ask:

Why are people blaming Elira IMMEDIATELY? It's so dumb to do so. From how I understand it, she SAW THEIR NAMES IN THE COMPLAINT. There is NOTHING to show that they are the bullies in that statement. And its a perfectly valid thing to be concerned for.
Complaints can't have 2D Anime Avatars in it. This isn't Japan (ahem Maririn ahem). You have to put the REAL NAME AND ADDRESS of the people in it. If the complaint BECOMES PUBLIC, it is definitively something that would "doxx" them immediately. Selen as well, I guess.
Complaints only name PEOPLE THAT ARE INVOLVED, regardless if they are guilty or not. If they're involved in a certain stream, THEIR NAME HAS TO BE ON THERE in the narration of facts involving the bullying. Being named in the complaint MEANS NOTHING.
