This one is pretty bad for vtubing since being able to look up old videos or make clips of them is essential to follow the narratives of the characters at play.
Then there's the fact that Twitch managed to somehow become more restrictive than Youtube/Google regarding matters of censorship and delicate themes.
People actually have been banned on Twitch because they had someone in their chat say nigger. And it's only gonna get worse with the new ToS they're rolling. Essentially, jokes are gonna be up for the mods' interpretation if they're considered to be serious or not, and you won't be able to even playfully insult your fanbase as banter because if 1 guy gets offended and reports you that's enough.
Westerners keep streaming there out of habit, but Youtube has been trying to catch up to the fad for years and the only thing Twitch has over it at this point is better tools for chat control and viewer interaction.
