Here is the problem. What he has is a legit split, and a hard one that is a deep casym or grand canyon. To such a degree it is industry wide which is the worst kind. Those with him are terminally toxic of the 'mean girls' variety and needed to have been blunted in company influence a long time ago; and those who are not and are innocent are trapped.
Those who are against him are hard against his company at this point and have the entire fanbase that is meaningful behind them and they have industry wide support, and they are also contributors not just pathetic corporate ass kissers nor manipulators or shills.
His company is in a death spiral in the same manner as disney is.
So how to unfuck it? Selen and Pomu. However they can probably not be easily swayed and to do so would take such a degree, it is probably pointless. Solving the problem legally and relationship-wise is probably the only solution which would include canning the clique and increased permenant pay and a company overhaul that revolved around them. Selen however now has tasted freedom and success without Nijisanji which probably now makes it impossible. Fans and the industry are done with the company. Those unaware of it will find that out soon.
Yes, I know it sounds ridiculous and honestly if he was competent it would have never dissolved to this point. I wouldn't have let it gotten as bad with Zaion and I would have acted then to preventing that which is the entire purpose of management.
That is why I believe his only option is basically dissolving Nijisanji and discreetly buying out another company and not fucking it up.
Vshojo, Phase connect, and Hololive should probably scramble to pick up the Nijisanji fallout and further collapse.
