Hello ruffians!
Thanks to your encouragement I started with my Nihongo learning journey!
Day 189: Today I've done my anki, immersion and grammar reps. For anki I've learned 5 new cards. For immersion I've watched five episodes of an anime and Chloe collab. For grammar I've watched one more Cure Dolly video.
Today, for the first time, I've tried watching one episode of an anime with JP subs first and only then with EN subs. Yeah, the difference between this order and watching EN then JP subs is obvious, I now see how much I truly understand. It's not zero though, I think it was a solid 20%. Not much, and much less than I had a feeling when I was watching EN then JP, but that's probably the thing: I had a feeling of knowing. I probably just remembered a lot of it from EN subs and then recognized it in JP subs.
I'm not sure how I'll continue, I'll probably see how I feel at the moment.
Just a quick disclaimer: I know nothing about music, so if the thing I'm about to say sounds completely retarded that's why. That babymetal song cover FUWAMOCO did with Cloe sounds good, but I would personally like to hear more of Fuwawa and Mococo. What I mean to say is that metal and instrumentals are a really big part of it but if I'm listening to their cover I would like them to be the center, not the music. If I listen to the original it's probably more than 60% the same as the cover, cause of the instrumentals.
>No shit Sherlock, music is the same.Yeah, but that's why I would prefer a song where THEY will have an opportunity to shine instead of instrumentals. I hope I managed to convey my thought process.
This pic perfectly describes what's about to happen on Mori's stream in a few hours
