>>69000232They get 50% on voice packs and streamlabs.
They supposedly get 50% of the remainder on superchats(so 35% because google takes 30% off the top). I have never seen an actual source to back this claim up, but I don't care to argue it.
They get 1~3% on merchandise.
They have to design and pay for everything involved with their debuts.
They do not get their play button awards from Youtube for subscriber milestones. Anycolor keeps those, and has outright lost at least one of them. Which they told the talent when she visited the main office to look at it.
They have incompetent management that does nothing of value for them. In one instance, a newly signed on liver revealed that her manager had been with the company for even less time than she had. Her manager needed his own manager to babysit him because he was still training.
They have a PR team that actively attempts to sabotage their reputations.
They have a legal team that doesn't understand laws outside of Japan.
They have a CEO that desperately wants to be seen as a cool meme, despite being an obvious sociopath.
The only real value in joining the company is if you are a literal who. A new, unknown, content creator and desperately want the initial signal boost joining them brings. Unfortunately, they have been notorious for only hiring people who were already successful. That's not going to work out in the future though, since less people are going to audition. Nijisanji will soon be a revolving door of lesser talents looking to quickly build a fanbase and gtfo asap.
