>>69031814>I use the word 'sanction' because a lot of these projects are Selen's initiatives from what I gather. Which is admitting that management wasn't doing shit, and Selen was left to do this on her own. Well done asshole. And again, this would be based on a budget. Why are they refusing to sanction her projects? If there was no budget for it why didn't they just say that? Why are they having their talents do their own projects unsupervised without help from management only to decide part-way into the process that they won't sanction it? In what fucking world is this a functioning business formula? How fucking retarded are you?
>You're talking about how all the artists express working with SELEN directly, and not Nijisanji, no?No. Artists were working on things like outfits for Selen's model, which would then be owned by Nijisanji. All you're talking about here is that Selen was apparently managing her own artists because again, management wasn't doing shit, they couldn't even get their NDAs out right.
>It's not as if Nijisanji contracted these people directly, so yeah in a few instances Selen seems to have stepped in herself because of some problem with management, but on the whole it doesn't really seem like these projects of hers mesh with management's interests overall.Again, what is management actually doing then? They're not helping on projects. They're not managing artists. They're not handling planning and collabs. They're not getting permissions. What are they doing, exactly? And we know for a fact that they don't do shit because even Kuro and Matara made this abundantly clear.
So you have this one liver doing the work of management, and all management seems to be actually doing is sabotaging her work in the pettiest ways (privating her MV because she didn't have permission to use the images of ex-livers. Permission she'd have to have gotten from... Niji. Who somehow took over a day to get this sorted.)
It's textbook unstable behaviour alright, from whoever is pretending to be a manager at Niji, and it fits all too well with everything that happened since Selen's termination.
>Selen>Mostly stable given the circumstances, only notably shaken on Feb 13 when they released a hit-piece talking about confidential documents>Not stirring shit or causing trouble>Niji>One unstable meltdown after the other>Extreme spite on multiple occasions>Laughably unprofessionalBut please, tell me more about how unstable Selen is, it's so amusing watching you try and perform these desperate mental gymnastics.
