Man that actually does look exactly like Fubuki. Fubuki looks pretty distinct among VTubers because her artist has done very few VTubers but it's clear the artist has a big sameface problem. However this artist must really like Fubuki because she has gotten so many outfits over the years, even considering she was an early Hololive member. She has significantly more outfits than other Hololive members who debuted around the same time as her.

I like her but something seems really sketchy about the agency she's allegedly from or associated with or whatever. I know for her channel I'm guessing the agency bought some jap esports channel with 90k subs, deleted all the videos and debuted her on it, or maybe the owner of the channel is part of the agency. What's even weirder is that the other two talents supposedly associated with the company are literal whos. A generic cat girl with 5000 subs and 80 to 100 views per video and a guy with a fucking terrible deviant art tier western cartoony animu looking model with eyes too close together who hides his subscriber count and gets literally 5 to 20ish views per video. Sounds like he might be voiced by a woman.

That is really weird and your theory is probably true but on the other hand she is actually pretty enjoyable to watch so I am glad they chose her for whatever experiment they are trying. I guess it shows that people are going to try and manipulate this industry in some shady ways, though. Let's hope she manages to stick around.
