They let the EN "management" have their way and see what happens and work out a plan from there.
Doki tried to swerve around the clique, but the EN "management" still caught wind of it, which might indicate a leak.
I'm still in the opinion of, HoloJP and Doki is still working together in the background to flush out the NijiEN "management". The clique knew this too, but they have to feign ignorance, with distrust towards the higher ups.
Regardless, they won't spent a single second in a courtroom, they'll go for a settlement. NijiEN would be retarded to fight for this case, even if it favors them because of public opinion, legal fees, and most importantly, time.
