there are some things that require special tools that some people dont have, like stand mixers, food processors, etc, but pretty much everybody has bowls, a fork or whisk, a spatula and a pan
theres nothing shameful or bad about following a recipe and it doesnt discredit or lower your abilities from having to follow one
