Enna has expressed a hatred for America because she is scared of guns.

But basically she was bitching about how cold the weather in Canada was. People pointed out that she could simply move south to America and all her problems would be solved, but she refused because she is terrified of guns and "hears a lot of news stories about america".
I believe this "hatred for america" is a more general sense among Nijisanji's management who seems to avoid hiring white people. Remember Uki has gone on racist anti-white rants before, and so has Reimu.
In fact Nijisanji in general has people who have gone on random left wing rants, like Enna randomly ranting about how you shouldn't call the police in 2023, and Millie ranting about random left wing health care talking points during an ASMR.
