Can we agree that the best explanation is that the main cause of every issue in the current drama is that Niji's management sucks horribly and every liver is an idiot?

I think it explains everything, there are no targeted attacks, only terribly bad management caused by Riku's greed for not wanting to pay for a qualified staff.

I'm not sayind that Doki made everything up, she was mentally unstable (because mentally stable people don't do sudoku) and her lawsuit is directed to Niji, not the livers.
I'm not saying either that the livers are saints, but it makes more sense that Elira took advantage of the negligent management by helping them to ease their job and by doing so getting their favors instead of challenging them like Selen did.

The current rrat is ignoring some information that doesn't fit it and I think the simples explanation is that Niji's management is horrendous.

TL;DR.- Everyone involved is an idiot that has no idea of how to manage this situation that was caused by Niji's extremely disastrous and greedy management.
