>>69150476No. No I think Feb 4 might run differently.
It's schizo speculation from me here. But Doki specifically, chose a lawyer, that speaks Japanese to exactly go around the NijiEN and to engage with Niji lawyers to bring this issue to light.
NijiJP then with their retardation, decided to call in Elira for explaination rather than carrying out an internal investigation, and of course, she's shocked about the content that will open the pandora box of reality of EN.
The documents are only listing bullying attempts, Elira is convinced she'll scot free over some dumb shit. The documents are not yab enough to implicate her and her clique for a career ending aramgeddon.
And for somewhat reason, Elira is able to convince the NijiJP lawyers on the spot, claiming Doki have zero legs in her legal battle and its better to just cut her off immediately.
NijiJP then tells the lawyer to pack up and go home as they prepare the termination letter.
And possibly around Feb 6, some livers took a break. Why? Possibly, at that date given some time the Doki lawyers sent another "that's not all, we actually have more to come ;)" to NijiJP, and presumably a very small sneek peek that is so damningly dangerous, caused Elira went apeshit, sounded the alarm and rallied the troops for a final stand, the worst that could happen, might be happening. But who knows? Point is, it's the Alamo moment for NijiEN.
The earlier bullying allegations was just a trojan horse to get the attention of the public.
Don't get me wrong, Doki seems to be a masterclass at swaying public opinion here with the help of her lawyer and manager (he handled xqc before). There is a hidden nuke, one or two allegations so dangerous which is strapped tightly on Elira and co. and to defuse it, they have to get Doki show her next move which she never did. Which is why the NDF is pressuring Doki to reveal her next move and show the reciepts to the public yet conviniently left out the part where she wanted to settle peacefully. Why is that? It's an easy way out, its partially a W for NijiEN, so why are the NDF hyperfocused on her exact evidence?
Again, I am pretty sure Doki's lawyers are testing the waters on how complacent the NijiJP legal counsel are when it comes to sharing information and documents among them. This is why the trojan horse worked out well, confirming the existence of a mole within NijiJP management that kept informing Elira of Doki's angle of attack.
I assume if that one anon is right, NijiJP has already given up and told the NijiEN they're on their own and not willing to throw any PR life vests, or legal support. They'll be on the front seats for the fireworks, but they won't bother salvaging anyone caught in the blast once they pop. The trump card remains hidden. If you ask me, NijiEN livers are in higher emotional distress due to increasing distrust among their coworkers. They will outrat, they will eventually squeal.
