She wasn't named in the document that implicated Elira. She hasn't said anything publicly incriminating (no, some weird out of context babel about truthseeking doesn't incriminate her, even if it's suspicious). There's no reason to assume she's guilty of anything but association.
If actual evidence came to light it would be a different story, but I get the feeling people are just dogpiling her because they already disliked her, or pouncing on rumours because their surface-level impression of her personality is negative. Even in a drama as big as this, antis are a blight and dogpiling random Nijis because you don't like them or because some rrat sounded spicy is both shitty (ie as bad as the actual bullying accusations) and just plain stupid.
