I feel like it comes down to three things:
>the holohouse obviously needs expansion: maybe it could turn into a fullblown holo city, maybe add actual interactions with holos walking around, maybe even expand out the map into turning into its own RPG, also scale up farming and fishing and make them more complex
>the base game is way too easy: once you buy all the upgrades, you can use the same strategies with any character; maybe you can add character-specific challenges, maybe a challenges mode in general, maybe a more complex endgame that doesnt just devolve into yagoos
>the level offering is way too limited: maybe add a level creator idk, or maybe there needs to be a better infrastructure to add new courses than just one or two per update
I have a feeling even if the casino update will be fun, it wont add much longevity to the game by itself
